She is currently Vice President of the Quilters Guild of the British Isles.  Marion live in Watford Hertfordshire,  just outside London. Although she made her first patchwork piece while at university she only returned seriously to quilting in 2003.  Marion has City and Guild Certificate in P and Q and is currently doing her C&G diploma in Embroidery.
